Answers:

A. make sure to describe your items thoroughly and accurately and include any imperfections in the description; when people ask you questions, respond with honesty; make sure to ship your merchandise in a timely manner and package the item well; if any buyers are unhappy, make sure to make amends; when buyers comply with EBay contracts of paying make sure to leave positive feedback.
