Course Materials:
#1. You get an Illustrated Manual which
gives you step-by-step directions for 7 Low Functioning Activities. The Manual
also contains seven reproducible Inservice Training Sheets and reproducible
Success Therapy® Bag labels to facilitates leaving projects in the resident's
room to encourage staff, volunteer, and family support.
#2. You get two Audio
Instructional Tapes. One, 30 minute tape, explains the Course's Learning Activities.
The second, 60 minute tape, explains the seven Success Therapy® activity projects.
#3. You get an Answer Booklet, which
is completed and returned to the Healthcare Training Institute.
#4. You get a certificate
mailed to you within four business days of receiving your completed Answer Booklet.
The certificate grants up to15 contact hours of continuing education approved
by NCCAP and accepted by NCTRC.

However, after the first Course is purchased, for $75, should you wish to share your Course Manual and Course Audio Tapes with others; these others can purchase Answer Booklet ONLY for $49 each. Completed Answer Booklets do not need to be returned as a group. 10 or 15 Hour CE Certificates are issued to each person who returns a completed Answer Booklet to us at no extra charge.
